My husband and I had a vehicle break down just outside of Seeley Lake a little later in the afternoon. I found Double Arrow Lodge and they were able to squeeze us in a room they had available very last minute. We hadn’t had dinner that night and they allowed us to dine in at their restaurant after their usual hours to make sure that we were fed. The food was amazing and we were helped by some of the kindest people who showed true hospitality! What could have been an unfortunate afternoon with vehicle troubles turned out to be a very enjoyable stay at this charming lodge. I cannot recommend this lodge enough.

This place was great! We stopped there on short notice and Charlene at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant’s food is delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Great grounds. Large cabin. A bit rustic. Deer playing on our lawn was great. Restaurant choices in Seeley Lake are limited and we have found service everywhere in town to be quite slow provided by nice people.

Attended a wedding here and it was great from start to finish. When calling to make a reservation earlier this year, Bonnie was very helpful by answering my questions about the differences between the cabins. We stayed for 2 nights in the Heritage Cabin - it was perfect! The food was great and the views are absolutely stunning. Would definitely stop through again if we are ever in the area.

Such a beautiful lodge. We stayed in the Sapphire Cabin, and it was lovely. The comfiest bed ever. Our friends hosted a dinner for us, and the food was excellent. The servers were friendly and attentive. We would recommend the rattlesnake sausage for sure! And the bread pudding which was incredible, but honestly everything was fantastic. Cannot wait to go back! Would absolutely recommend having a large event here the views are spectacular.

We have been enjoying meals and ambiance at Double Arrow Lodge for years. This Sunday we decided to stop in for breakfast. As ususal, the lodge is charming and the setting is ideal. However, it is chronically understaffed. There were only two servers working. The two did their level best to seat us, give us coffee and menus and explain that the wait would be long because they had just served a big party. We ordered the breakfast burritos which were very good but did take a while. My suggestion to the Lodge ownership is to get creative in operations. Because staffing is a problem, figure out ways to work smarter not harder and keep the customer happy. A beverage cart, for example, would be great to serve tableside rather than having to walk from the bar to the tables. Also, a table bussing cart to quickly clear and clean tables. How about a basket of bite sized pastries to greet breakfast diners and keep them entertained while waiting for their meal. Also, explain a wait time but don't keep apologizing. It makes everyone tense. This beautiful old lodge should be relaxing and should give diners a reason to linger in a beautiful place--it's not McDonalds after all. We will go back for the ambiance, the good food, and hopefully better organized service.

Unexpected late stop. Charlene took great care of us, made sure we got a table at the restaurant before the kitchen closed, and got us a cabin close to the lodge since it was raining. The restaurant was great, cabin was clean, and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend.
